Processing Time
Orders ship within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Locations
At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines are out of our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Second Story Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. If you need support, we’re always happy to help however we can.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses are not the responsibility of Second Story Co.
